Booking Terms & Conditions

Within these terms and conditions there are various words which have specific meaning and reference to:
“we”, “our” and “us” all refer to Skin by Paige Alexandra Limited
“you” & “your” refers to the client.

Bookings with Skin by Paige Alexandra Limited:

We understand things can come up unexpectedly and sometimes out of your control but late changes, cancellations and no shows not only affect our business but also other clients who miss out on bookings.

By proceeding with my booking I confirm that I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All clients must be 18+ years old at the time of treatment.
If you are unable to provide ID when asked, we will not proceed with the treatment and you will lose your deposit.
We are not able to treat those who are medically unwell for treatment or have any contra-indications on the day. (Please see Consent Information for your chosen treatment)
We do not offer refunds of deposits, or any payments made to Skin by Paige Alexandra Limited, after your treatment has been carried out, under ANY circumstances.
Deposits are Strictly Non Refundable under any circumstances, we can however reschedule your appointment to another date/time as per the below;

If you wish to rearrange your appointment and more than 3 full days notice has been given, you can do so free of charge.

If you wish to rearrange your appointment and less than 3 full days notice has been given, your £50 deposit will be lost and you will be required to pay another £50 deposit to secure your next booking.

If you do not turn up to your appointment or fail to tell us you will not be attending, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment you was booked in for.

(The day of your appointment is not included in the above 3 days notice)

What if I’m late?

We understand things can delay your arrival. We do expect you to leave time for any delays which may occur and take responsibility for arriving on time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we do reserve the right to cancel your appointment and you will be required to pay in full for your treatment
If we do not cancel your appointment, please note that however many minutes you are late by, will be deducted from the total treatment time. So if you are arrive 20 minutes late for your 60 minute treatment. You will only receive a 40 minute treatment. But you are still required to pay the full amount.

Model Slot Bookings with Training by Paige Alexandra Limited.

When booking in as a model for students who are training with Training by Paige Alexandra Limited, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All model appointments are discounted, therefore payment in full is required to secure your booking
When booking in as a model, I am aware that my treatment will be carried out by a student who is training, and overseen by Paige
I am aware the student who is performing my treatment is a complete beginner and therefore understand that the treatment may involve risks of complication or injury from both known and unknown causes, and I freely assume those risks. Prior to receiving treatment, I have been candid in revealing any condition that may have a bearing on my procedure.
I hereby give my consent for photos and/or videos to be taken before, during and after my treatment. I also give my consent for them to be used on social media.

*By booking in with us, you are confirming that you accept and agree with all our terms and conditions*

I acknowledge that my deposit payment is in exchange for an allocated and reserved time slot of my choice, as chosen at the time of booking and deposit taken. I confirm that I have personally registered my details and reserved a time allocation that I am committed to. Should my circumstances change and I am no longer able to attend my appointment, I accept full liability and therefore forfeit my deposit payment to Skin by Paige Alexandra Limited. I understand that any attempt to withdraw this deposit payment will result in legal action being taken against me. I understand that evidence of my payment will be sent to my Bank Institution and card issuer representatives.

I also understand I am unable to publish or discuss any negative content in relation to Skin by Paige Alexandra Limited on the internet via social media or any other form. Failure to comply with this will result in court proceedings.
