Training Course Terms & Conditions
References
Within these terms and conditions there are various words which have specific meaning and reference to:
“we”, “our” and “us” all refer to Training by Paige Alexandra Limited
“you” & “your” refers to the student.
Training Course Booking Procedure
-Training by Paige Alexandra Limited reserves the rights to decline or refuse admission to any or all of it’s training courses.
-Whilst we have a 95% pass rate, if on a rare occasion you do not pass the CPD certification, you may either need to return for further training or provide multiple case studies via video to your tutor, being being issued your certification.
-We reserve the right to cancel or change the planned training courses with reference to dates, locations, and course content.
-Irrespective of circumstances we accept no liability for any loss of earnings or expenses or other cost incurred by you.
-All pre-study must be thoroughly studied in order for you to attend your course. This is sent out to you 2 weeks before your practical.
-Please note all training courses are non-refundable, but are transferrable.
-Once the full balance has been transferred and the Pre Study Material has been sent via email, you cannot then decide to cancel the course. However, you do have the option to re arrange your training date if needs be.

-Should a student wish to rearrange their practical day and more than 14 days notice is given, we can do so free of charge. (One Change Only)
-Should a student wish to rearrange their practical day and less than 14 days notice is given, a £100 non-refundable deposit will be required to re book your new place.
-Should a student wish to rearrange their practical day and less than 7 days notice is given, 50% of the course cost will be required to re book your place.
-Should there be a no show on the day of the course, full payment will still be taken and if you wish to book again, the full amount will be required upfront to rebook your place.

-Should a student wish to rearrange their practical day and less than 7 days notice is given, 50% of the course cost will be required to re book your place. (This is payable via bank transfer on top of your finance agreement)
-Should there be a no show on the day of the course, the full cost of the course will still be taken via finance but you will also have to pay the full amount again upfront to rebook your place. (This is payable via bank transfer on top of your finance agreement)
Data
In confirming a training course with Training by Paige Alexandra Limited, you agree to us using any data you submit in order to process your order.
Any subsequent use of your data will be agreed between us via another agreement
Models
Training by Paige Alexandra Limited will use it’s best endeavours to facilitate live models for all courses where appropriate. In the event that pre-booked models cancel and the tutor agrees the student has not seen the requisite number of models, we will use our best endeavours to offer a date to return to complete your practical with an agreed number of live models.
Complaints
Any and all complaints will be dealt with as quickly as possible as per our complaints policy. All complaints must be sent via email to info@bypaigealexandra.co.uk.
Conduct Whilst on Training by Paige Alexandra Premises
All students are to arrive to all courses with appropriate foot wear and suitable clinical clothing (scrubs, tunic etc.)
Hair must be kept up and tidy also nails must be kept at an appropriate length.
When working in a professional environment we expect all students to behave in a professional manner to both staff and models.
